Post-Investment Director / Manager
Job Description:
Comprehensively monitor the overall operations and risks of the portfolio, organize and chair post-investment review meetings, report risk assessments and value to management, and provide professional advice on major risk mitigation and exit decisions.
Lead the full-cycle management of key projects, regularly collect and deeply analyze operational and financial data, independently complete high-quality post-investment management reports, promptly identify risks, and drive the formulation of response strategies.
